Thank you for being a participant in the TRANSCENDENT Concussion Research Program! Below you will find the resources that provide details regarding the different procedures and tools for the sub-studies.

A research staff member will go through the appropriate documents with you based on the sub-study you participate in, but you can use these resources to refer back to throughout your participation.
