Over the summer, our team had the opportunity to attend a number of community sports events, including the Ontario Summer Games Fan Fest, Club Flag Nationals and the Ottawa Hornets Cup. These amazing events have allowed us to raise concussion awareness among athletes, coaches, parents, and many others.

At our TRANSCENDENT booth, we shared educational handouts from our research program and program partners (such as the Living Guideline for Pediatric Concussion), answered community questions and tested Individual's knowledge with a fun game of Concussion Tic Tac Toe. We have also had the opportunity to run booths with community partners, such as Keep Your Head Up, which is run by two of our amazing Community Advisory Committee members.

We are looking forward to the many other community booths we have planned going into the Fall!
