We are excited to announce that another publication using TRANSCENDENT data has been published!

This study aimed to provide a rich description of headache patterns, symptoms, medication use, and daily impact in a large adult cohort. To do that, the research team studied 405 patients following a brain injury. The patients were seen by a neurologist to understand their headaches. They found that most patients had headaches daily or near daily and that the vast majority of patients had sensitivity to noise and sound post-injury. In many patients, there was a risk of medication overuse. This study brings much-needed clarity to post-traumatic headache. This work also strengthens the foundation for better recognition today and more targeted care in the future.
