The Rehabilitation Sciences Institute (RSI) at the University of Toronto just launched its first newsletter. In this inaugural issue, they chose to feature the groundbreaking work being done by our TRANSCENDENT team, with a special focus on Dr. Nick Reed, an RSI faculty member who is leading our knowledge translation activities.

The newsletter feature highlights the key knowledge translation activities for TRANSCENDENT, including, but not limited to, our quarterly newsletter and recorded talks (i.e., Community Concussion Talks and Speaker Series). The article also outlines our Community Advisory Committee's role in supporting all research and knowledge translation activities. This includes an impactful quote from Dr. Reed about the Community Advisory Committee:

"The TRANSCENDENT Community Advisory Committee is a crucial component of the research program where people with lived experience of concussion can have a voice to shape the direction of the research that matters most to them, and those with similar experiences and needs. It is these voices that bring life to the work and help us all achieve the impact we want with TRANSCENDENT."
