TRANSCENDENT goes to Montreal: Highlights from the International Brain Injury Association (IBIA)

This March, the TRANSCENDENT Concussion Research Team attended the International Brain Injury Association (IBIA) conference in Montreal. This event brought together leading researchers and clinicians in the brain injury and concussion spaces to showcase new research from across the world.

Many of our TRANSCENDENT researchers attended the conference to present their findings and next steps for our research program. Presentations included invited key note presentations from team members, Dr. Miriam Beauchamp and Dr. Keith Yeates. These presentations focused on early childhood concussion (Dr. Beauchamp) and concussion recovery in youth (Dr. Yeates). In addition to these fantastic keynote presentations there were also presentations from TRANSCENDENT team members Drs. Nick Reed, Kathryn Schneider, Veronik Sicard, John Leddy, Grant Iverson, Chris Giza, Rebekah Mannix, Isabelle Gagnon among many others!
